Fellowship Groups

What is a fellowship group?

It is a group of people that get together to talk, have a brief devotion, eat/snack, do an activity or play a game. The main focus is the christian fellowship, which helps each of us to grow spiritually as individuals and as groups. Each group is different, but has the same purpose. Taking time out of our busy schedules to enjoy life a little, share and be with other Christians. It’s how deep, loving friendships can be formed. If you are interested in joining a group, contact the church office, talk to Pastor Bud, or one of the contacts for the group you are interested in. Current active groups are as follows:

Unity

Unity Fellowship group has been around since 1976. They currently have 16 members. They range in age from 60’s up to their 80’s. They meet on the third Sunday of the month. They donate to the post prom party, provide a meal for Vacation Bible School students and their families, and buy gifts for the Angel Tree. In addition, they discuss any other needs that may arise for the church or church family to see if they are able to help in any way. They pray for those in the church family and beyond who are having struggles in their life and have been brought to their attention. If you are interested in joining this group please contact the church office at 608-822-6797.
